The Man Under My Bed
Synopsis
The Man Under The Bed is a short Radio Drama in which I produced, Directed and Wrote. This was a submission to my University Course but will be making a couple of appearances in Audio Drama Film Festivals.
This is a twisted tale about a young girl, Alice, who is left alone for the weekend after a big break up with her boyfriend Joe cheated on her. After Alice is alone with her thoughts, she discovers that a man is under her bed and is trying to attack her. Will Alice escape?

On the surface level, this screen play is about a young girl who is trying to escape a man under her bed, the story we are trying to tell beneath this is a story about a girl who is trying to overcome her feelings of loss after her first break up in life.

This picture was taken as we were shooting the foley effects for The Man Under The Bed. We hired out a studio room to create the best sound effects we could in the current circumstances.
In the current circumstances, we had do auditions over zoom. This picture perfectly depicts what three days of auditions was like.
